Account & Data Deletion Request

Under Indian IT Rules & DPDP compliance, you have the right to request deletion of your personal records.

Important Notice: Once your profile is deleted, active job applications, interview history, and candidate credentials cannot be recovered. If you are currently deployed on a client project, statutory payroll and tax records must be retained as mandated by labour laws.

How to Request Account Deletion:

  1. Send an email from your registered email address to business@ezstaf.in with the subject line Account Deletion Request - [Your Registered Phone Number].
  2. Alternatively, raise a ticket via our Support Center choosing the “App / Technical Support” category.
  3. Our compliance team will verify your identity via OTP or phone verification within 3 business days.
  4. Upon verification, all non-statutory personal identifiers and documents will be permanently purged from our active databases within 15 working days.
